Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: March 11, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the AAASP platform. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AAASP to:
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of illegal content, including but not limited to CSAM, content that promotes violence, or content that violates intellectual property rights
- Conduct unauthorized penetration testing, port scanning, or attacks against systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test
- Send spam, phishing messages, or bulk unsolicited communications
- Scrape websites or services in violation of their terms of service
- Impersonate any person, organization, or AI system in a deceptive or harmful manner
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
- Mine cryptocurrency or conduct resource-intensive operations not related to agent tasks
- Facilitate, assist, or automate disinformation campaigns or synthetic media abuse
- Conduct operations that could constitute fraud, extortion, or identity theft
- Violate export control laws or sanction regulations (e.g., OFAC)
2. AI and Agent Constraints
When deploying agents that call third-party AI APIs, you are responsible for:
- Complying with the usage policies of the underlying AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI)
- Ensuring agents do not generate content prohibited by those providers' policies
- Disclosing AI involvement to end users when required by applicable law or platform norms
- Not using agents to autonomously take irreversible high-impact actions (financial transactions, legal commitments, physical world actions) without appropriate human oversight
3. Rate Limits and Fair Use
Each plan includes rate limits on API requests and concurrent runs. You may not use technical means to circumvent these limits. We reserve the right to throttle or queue requests that exceed fair-use thresholds, even within plan limits, if they negatively impact other tenants.
4. Data and Privacy
You may not instruct agents to collect, process, or exfiltrate personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). You are the data controller for any personal data processed by agents you deploy. You must have a lawful basis for that processing and must maintain an appropriate privacy notice for your end users.
5. Security
You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of AAASP systems or networks. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@aaasp.ai and do not disclose it publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
6. Enforcement
We monitor for AUP violations using automated systems and manual review. Upon detecting a violation we may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue a warning and require remediation
- Suspend specific agents or deployments
- Suspend your account pending investigation
- Permanently terminate your account without refund
- Report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities
We will attempt to notify you before taking action except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation, pose a security risk, or is prohibited by law.
7. Reporting Abuse
To report abuse of the AAASP platform, email abuse@aaasp.ai with as much detail as possible. We investigate all credible reports.
